Living in the Colorado area your home environment changes constantly, there’s no ideal checklist for cleaning it, no way to pinpoint the number of hours it will take to effectively clean your home. Our green cleaning services are completely comprehensive and customized. No matter how detailed the list is, we do whatever it takes to provide you with a thorough Green Clean home.

Every Deep Clean includes everything listed on our Cleaning Checklist with the exception of the Move-In/Out portion.  Move-In/Out Cleans include everything listed. *If you are looking to have a small office cleaned please contact us directly.

ALL ROOMS (INCLUDING HALLWAYS & STAIRS)

• Ceiling fan blades (hand-wiped)

• Light fixtures (hand-wiped in place, not removed)

• Cobwebs removed

• Spot clean walls (not responsible for paint removal)

• Window sills, & lock ledges

• Spot clean interior of windows only

• Glass Patio Doors – inside & out (upon request only)

• Blinds & shutters (hand-wiped or dusted)

• Moldings & woodwork (hand-wiped)

• Baseboards

• Lamps & lampshades

• Pictures & knick-knacks

• Furniture w/4legs (hand-wiped fronts, sides, legs)

• All Doors & around knobs (hand-wiped)

• Light switch plates (hand-wiped)

• All garbage cans (emptied/exterior hand-wiped/relined)

• Air Vents (vacuumed w/attachment)

• Stairs & Railings (vacuumed, and hand-wiped )

• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped )

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Mirrors cleaned

• All horizontal surfaces dusted

• Light organizing of items on all horizontal surfaces

 

BATHROOMS

• Mirrors (all way to top)

• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)

• Toilet inside and out

• All bathroom counters & fixtures (hand-wiped)

• Wash bathroom floor on hand & knees

• Bathroom fan/vents

 

BEDROOMS

• Make beds

• Change linens (if clean sheets are out)

• Vacuum & mop underneath bed(s) & furniture (if nothing is underneath)

• dusting

 

KITCHEN

• Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped if nothing is on top of it)

• Exterior of all kitchen appliances

• Interior of Oven/Refrigerator (for an attentional cost )

• Stovetop scrubbed

• Microwave inside & out

• All Cabinet fronts (hand-wiped or washed)

• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)

• All sinks & faucets (scrubbed/disinfected)

 

MOVE-IN/OUT CLEAN

Refrigerator & Freezer (interior)

Oven (interior)

Kitchen & Bathroom cabinets & drawers (interior)

Glass Patio Doors (inside & out)

Closets (interior)

WE DO NOT

• Clean/ Shampoo carpet

• Clean Chandeliers

• Provide stain or insect removal

• Wash walls (we spot clean only)

• Clean exterior of windows

• Remove Paint

• Service outdoor areas

• Clean areas above the reach of our 3ft step ladder

• Clean Animal waste or litter or urine

• Move heavy items
